Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment and order confirmation.

Deliveries
Shipments are made within the EU through contracted logistics partners.

Packing
The ADR Class 3 goods (flammable liquids, such as perfumes and aftershaves) will be packed safely and in compliance with regulations.
No separate ADR fees are charged, as they are included in the price.

Address Errors:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order!

Claims:
Any damages or missing items must be reported to info@nordicshaving.com within 48 hours, accompanied by pictures of the damaged goods and packing. The shipper will compensate for damaged deliveries in accordance with the circumstances.
